Got to quote changing 32 pairs of radiator valves in a police station just wondering if any people had formulas etc for this?

Got prices of valves and labour but wondered what people normally add for such a big system (50+ rads)?

Don't know about the system size but I always add 25% for the police. It always feels like a tax refund!

Don't forget to check the tread on your tyres before you get there?

Depends on wether it's sealed or open vented. If you're draining down it could be a mare to refill with that number of rads.

Thats what im worried about (not the tyres).

Might just quote and put a caveat in there for refilling, they can like it or lump it.

Silly quote coming up, probably not got time to do it anyway!!

Youve had that written down for years waiting for the right moment to use it haven't you? 🙂

usual 20 % on materials , put some labour down for possible call backs regarding trv's also state in quote any issues regarding clearing air etc etc for after works will be classed as extras.
