Removing warm air heating advice

Afternoon,

Having had an offer accepted on a property I am looking for advice on removal of an old warm air system in the house. The owners recently changed the central heating to a normal wet system. It seems the house still contains all of the redundant old system unit and vents etc and the missus wants these gone as she's not a fan. A friend has suggested that these can be tricky to remove with potential asbestos risk??

Any help would be appreciated.

Definitely need advice from an engineer who's seen it.

My advice is to look at Gas safe register for installers in your area who have warm air qualifications.

If it's redundant and decommissioned then get an asbestos survey and they will remove any identified asbestos, rest you can do yourself.
