Repair gas valve

Does anyone know if it is possible or feasable to repair a gas valve off a Worcester 30si or do I buy new? It's passing. I 've got a feeling the valve isn't seating properly

No problem with boiler. the safety device on the gas valve locks the boiler out correctly but its passing on test.

replace it gas valves havent been servicable for years

As said,I would not risk trying to repair one,just charge the customer,do not think anyone will under cut you by offering to repair,so why take the risk
