Need to replace a Keston twin flue boiler. The flues currently go vertically out the roof. The roof is felt.

would you remove existing flues and if so how would you seal them off?

with the new flue would you use a flat lead slate on the felt roof? If so what would you use to seal it or is it better to just get a roofer in to do the work?

finally does anyone know roughly how far a flue needs to be from a kitchen extractor without looking at mis?

Thanks in advance

300 on the horizontal.? 50mm solvent caps?

Use the aluminium rigid top hat not a seldec or similar as water ponds and it comes through. Also I would suggests a roofer!!

U could fit a new keston (basically ideal logic plus) but still need new flues .... Especially the bits in contact with felt.

I've already quoted on the easicom now. 1st job for a new agent. Not a nice one either. Don't have a good fealing on this one.
