Replacing Radiators with Heated Skirting

I am getting prices to replace my existing radiators with heated skirting.

Any advice

yes...........don't.

Skirting rads don't put out a great deal of heat.
That's why you need so much of them.

If you go ahead, make sure you get warranty / guarantee for the installation - for when it doesn't work well
