Went to do service yesterday ,to fined flue joint within cavity and tape over to dissimilar flues,gas pipe in the air no even one clip.flow return,hot,cold all in hep to boiler visual about two meters no even one clip .It look like noodles ,condens pipe out the wall and just left like over flow pipe! pressure relive done in hep just going down the wall for about two meters no even one clip ! boiler in cupboard not serviceable ,compression fittings on gas pipe work behind boiler difficult to access .Lady who lives there had safer from headaches for long time as boiler in cupboard in the bedroom . After that she safer from stroke ..........🙁 ,did RIDDOR ,THEY NOT INTEREST TO KNOW NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO SEND SOME ONE OUT TO INSPECT !!!! P11$3D ME OFF ,BIG T1M3 !!!!!
INSTALLER did not leave certificate ,just business card and all it says he is plumber and doing bathrooms and toilets ect .
Health And Safety executives dont have enough staff to send some one around !best they can do is hire a another gas engineer to come and give his opinion ,WHAT A FA87NG JOK3...........!!!

WENT TO A JOB TO DAY ,CHANGE VALVES,put two new rads,service boiler
to fined MAIN 24HE CONDENSING BOILER FITTED TREE YEARS AGO HAD NEW FAN,NEW PCB,NEW AIR PRESSURE SWITCH,NEW ELECTRODES,NEW HARNESS......
STRIP BOILER DOWN TO FINED CONDENSING TRAP SOLID BLOCK WITH SOME SILVER GREY SLUDGE !!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
ASKING MY SELF WHAT COULD THAT BE???????????????????
STRIP FUN OUT TAKE FLUE CONNECTION BETWEEN FLUE AND SECONDARY HEAT EXCHANGER TO FINED ROTTEN FLUE .
CONDENSING BOILER WITH ALUMINIUM FLUE .
CONDENSE FLUMES HAS EATEN THE INNER TUBE !!!!!!!!!! AND SPILLING BACK TO BOILER CASE!GOOD THING ALL SCREWS IN PLACE TO HOLD THE FLUMES WITHIN CASE !!!!BUILDER FRIEND OFF THE COUPLE HAS GONE BANKRUPT TWO YEARS AGO NOT EVEN A POINT TO DO SECOND RIDDOR WITHIN TWO DAYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!1

welcome to the uk,the way things are here???????????????whats the point if GS dont care HSE understaffed can sell you the correct flue for the main if interested,as its you £50 plus delivery

boiler of the wall,as customer paid some **** to change fun one mount ago £400.00,plus all the other staff i forgot to mention the new pump x 3 times and two 3 port valves ...........thanks god main do really good boiler case seals
new boiler to fit tomorrow !!!
dont get it ,how they Gas Safe and HSE dont care and could take about tree weeks till some one come over

i had a non registered engineer move a boiler from upstairs bathroom to downstairs in the kitchen, the t**t left it with a gas leak on pipework where he had soldered a joint then smacked it into the tight space and split the soldered joint and left it, i went and made safe, told customer to get him reported, she rang him up and told him how he had been caught out, he played the sympathy vote and told her he had just come out of hospital after having a heart operation, after that she wouldnt tell me who he was and she wouldnt report him. trouble is he will probably do it to someone else and kill them. flippin idiots.
