URGENT Sani Compact gives off gas odor

Recently installed this unit and gas odor is strong when flushing, have replaced part F but odor persists.

What can be done to fix this?

Hi, can I ask if you are within the UK, did you mean 12v not 120v and if so is it in a boat or motorhome and lastly parts are listed by numbers not letters so what is part F
