Hi everyone- we are having problems with our Saniflo-Pro in our ensuite. It appears to work OK with the shower/basic but the Loo is the problem, especially when we use cleaner. To the best of our knowledge we have not put anything not allowed down this, DH is a just retired maintenance engineer, who spent much of his time taking pumps to pieces and repairing them, so is hoping to fix this himself.

Has anyone come across this before, and could point him in the right direction of what to look for?

Thanks - DG

it operates by a rubber shoe like pressure pad, could be a crusty covering developed over it,making less sensitive or something being washed about inside unit and sticking under pad

Also could be indicating a part blockage in outlet pipe work, thus not a over run but just taking longer to empty through said pipe work than usual

imho
