Scalding DHW, luke warm CH ??????

Experts, help here would be greatly appreciated. Boiler is 18mths old (Biasi Riva Advance HE), central heating never been brilliant but I put that down to radiators been sludged up as never been off wall for 20 years. At the weekend finally took plunge, removed and jetwashed/flushed every radiator. Now all back together very little difference :-(
DHW scalding hot but after connecting a hose pipe to my CH flow pipe I find the water coming out is only hand hot when the boiler is in operation. Diverter seems OK (spindle seems to activate microswitch with force) but not sure what to test next ? Thoughts would be really appreciated .

Don't mess about with a gas appliance unless you are competent to do so, get a Gas Safe Registered engineer in to check it out.

Something is obviously wrong.
Or numerous things are wrong.

It could be as simple as a faulty temperature sensor or it could be the PCB.

It would be best to call the person that installed it or get someone around that is familiar with that boiler.

The boiler should still be under warranty - get the manufacturers out.

They will laugh in his face & charge for the call out, as boiler has been installed on a dirty system !!!
Take the advice in post 2 !!

I would put it down to a couple of things. I know this isn't what you want here but I'm not fond of balsa boilers and it probably needs to be set up properly. You defo need to get a gassafe registered engineer out to take a look . Is there a magnetic filter fitted ?

I doubt anyone fitting Biasi boilers is putting filters on them!
