Had central heating installed 9months ago, came back this morning (after stopping at my partners lastnight) to water Soding out of my bedroom radiator, the pipe had literally dropped down and fell out of the connector going into the radiator. Should this repair be covered under the plumber who installed the central heating? He's trying to bill me for the call out when it has damaged my carpet, 2 rugs and other belongings, as well as leave water marks on my ceiling downstairs. it looks like the pipe was never secured in the first place!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊

Yes as it’s within 12 months pipes don’t just fall out so probably not tighten enough ask him for his insurance details as there’s damage
