I have a Hydro (Wickes own brand) electric shower unit in my bathroom and tried to fit a Blyth shower kit to it, when I used the shower the temperature went up to 44 degrees event though the temperature was set at minimum and eco. without the shower kit the temperature is a nice 32 degrees and adjusts normally, my conclusion is the Blyth shower kit is not compatible with the Hydro shower unit.
Can anyone recommend a shower kit that would work with the Hydro electric shower or advise what I need to do to make it work with the existing shower unit.
I have included in the post a photograph of both the Hydro unit and the Blyth shower kit to assist in explaining the kit i have.
