Might be worth ringing them, tell them model number and your problem with it before you speak to your plumber again.
 
If it were me, I would not be happy that a shower I installed only lasted 2 day, I would have registered it for you as a matter of course.

Part of the problem is that if there is nothing wrong with the installation and it has been completed to manufacturers instructions, I would arrange a visit from mira and try and be onsite.

I have had a similar experience with another brand of shower, ended up arguing with the service engineer who decided that maybe the unit was at fault. It was changed free of charge by them.

It is unrealistic to expect (I'm not saying that you do) that the shower is taken away and a new one installed. A bit of a grey area, if it was installed correctly, I'd get the manufacturer involved.

As for being rude and swearing, I don't feel that this is acceptable but we do only have your view.
