I have been asked to replace an existing bath with a new stone shower base. Problem being that the floor is of a suspended concrete make up possibly Bison?

Is it possible to dig out an area for the trap to sit and core through the floor for the new waste to run with out weakening the floor, How do I know where the reinforcement bar is to try and avoid it?

Have also been asked to route all other pipe work below floor level, supply pipe work is not a problem but will also need to core out basin waste, and out through wall below floor to gully.

Timber floor would not be an issue but just unsure about coring through a suspended concrete floor, any advice would be great.

Thanks

House is about 60 years old and the floor is around 10" thick from below the floor level you can see the beams which are around 14"wide.
