My shower is making a weird buzzing/whistling sound when it's switched off. It's hard to locate the exact source of the sound but from what I can tell it's coming from the part that joins the shower head pipe to the wall. In total there are 3 different parts on the wall - one to turn the water on and off, one to adjust the temperature and the one I've mentioned above that joins the pipe for the head to the water supply.

Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks.
