site work is like jail

any one on site at the mo went too look at a plastering job last week and there was
palm scanners and turnstiles at the gate its bonkers
theres still 99% of eu workers still on site theres more bent cscs cards on site now why do we bother with them.
it was for 200m2 float and set and 700m2 glue and set
12 lids and 70m2 webber rend to go up with upvc beads
float&set £3.70p m2
glue&set £1.90p m2
render £3.oop m2
upvc £00.60p m
there was 2 gangs of eu workers plastering (sponge floating set 180m2 per day 😡

its **** m8 cant stand it when i worked on a hotel in essex there was 7 eu plasterers on site and 3 english plasterers

absolutely scandalous and to think lots of brittish tradesmen are sitting about with no job.... i am not racist at all but this is not right.
you thiink that where ever they are from would put up with there own guys on benefits while brittish workers had all the jobs in there country ? I dont think so

they have a right to work here. leys not get hypocritical

i recall working on a job around 10 years ago, aintree racecourse to be exact. we were builidng a new stand, 4 scoucers on the job were complaining that there was a manchester firm doing a liverpool job and it was wrong, then next break bragging about working down south an d earning loads of money, if we are willing to travel we should accept others do the same

went to a site in london city last year, i had to be escorted into the site by one of the other plumbers (i was only there for the day) i had to stand next to an iron turning door whilst he punched in a secret code, once i was in it was straight to induction office, there was quite a few foreign people on that site to, i dont have a problem with foreign people working over here but it would be nice if contractors offered the work to the brits first, trouble is foreign workers are far cheaper, fly em in, do the job fly em home again £100 per week plus accomodation and food paid for by their employer cant compete with it.

after landing a big rendering job on site last year.
a bunch of eu workers came on site and we lost 4 houses too them.
soo by getting our own back trying too shoot them with a nail gun from the scaffold
and after blasting one of them in the face with the foam cleaning ball out the projection hose from the render machine
it was no biger then a ping pong ball.

because they let there one dry out over night still full of render and fked it
i dont mind them being here but dont stand on my feet and i wont get the hump with you
