Hi All,

Looking for some advice here. First off here's a picture of the island sink:

The kitchen has been previously moved and installed in the living room, so the sink isn't anywhere near an outside wall.
What I've got is a really slow draining sink, first off I've removed the trap cleaned it, got a snake down there, wet vac, caustic soda, pushed water through with a hose. When getting the plunger on it for a while I've got some water flow going with the tap running. As soon as that stops and starts again it's back to slow draining.

Because of the position

my post got cut off.....

Because of the position of the sink could it be a venting problem causing an air lock or is it a blockage further down the line?

Thanks

not the best bit of plumbing b ive seen but i would guess you have at least a partial blockage trouble with island sinks is they are normally rum long distances with little fall on them personally i will alway7s do them in 50mm pipe
