Soil pipe to vent or not to vent. Or to AA, or nothing

View the thread, titled "Soil pipe to vent or not to vent. Or to AA, or nothing" which is posted in Boiler Advice Forum on UK Plumbers Forums.

Attached is a picture of some new plumbing. Do yoyu have to vent at the top of the 4" pipe or is the stack pipe further along from chamber sufficiant
Thanks

I'd be inclined to vent to prevent back pressure shortening the life of the macerators. I may be wrong but I thought macerators had to have their own individual connection to a soil stack.

Depending on the length of the run there should also be an AAV on the blue pipe run at the highest point.

Macerator instructions says macerator has its own vent and pipe run of 7m heigh and 110m horizontal or a combination of lesser. The pipe run are 2.6meters up from macerator then 8meters accross room at ceiling height, then dropping into soil pipe 2 meters down to chamber.
