My orders had a bit of a mishap! But it's being sorted swiftly and a packet of biscuits softened the blow considerably so what more can you ask for? these things happen from time to time and I suspect the 20% deal was to see how the system works on a greater quantity of orders?

A reasonable suspicion. However, the "greater quantity" was a tad greater than we anticipated. By a factor of about 2. Not complaining, but we may go quiet for a couple of weeks now, whilst we learn the lessons from this weekend. 🙂

I had a call from my local branch saying my order was one item short and could it be delivered tomorrow as they didn't know how to sort the paperwork out for the order with it going in two deliveries. Not an issue at all for me as I was purely taking advantage of the money off to stock up on a few bits for van stock so it hasn't put me out. I am sure if I needed the stuff they would have sent the majority out with the one item to follow the next day.
Just posting it for a bit of feedback really.

Seriously, no big deal for me though. Multiple orders to the same address at the same time must have caused a few confusions!
