bit of a wierd one this,, i commited a sin a while back and purchased a wickes cc toilet for my own bathroom, a slimline one but only £49.
looked at the reviews before the purchase that highligted many faults with leaks etc but non the less thought most of them came from inexperiance diy ers lol.
sadly i now find im asking the same question, the pan connector is of the ridged type however it seems to have an irritating leak and being my own premisses i find myself after a long day doing other peoples plumbing i let slip my own standards.
would fitting a flexi pan connector sit more correctly to the toilet waist thus eliminating the leak or are these wickes cheap toilets prone to sub standerd quality and best left on the shelves plumbers mate & silicone have both been used rather than removing the pan and starting again but neither have worked
any tips would be welcome
