Suprima - Please help!

Hi all, was wondering if anyone could possibly help?

Been out to a Suprima HE, which keeps locking out. Now on my first visit it would lock out early on after a demand, somthimes before ignition, somtimes after, straight away or after running for a few minutes.

First light on the left, solid red, Aps stuck....? I had a spare on the van so stuck it on, same fault. Checked pressure through fan Venturi as thought a weak fan may be knocking the aps off. Spoke to baxi who said this does seem low.... change fan.

New fan away she goes.... Get a call a week later, locking out again same fault, solid red light on the left, can't be reset. Now this just seemed random and I automatically thought this seems like a board! Took new board, hew presto, away she went!

Two days later it's locking out again! Am I missing something obvious? I'm running out of ideas here. Now I'm thinking possibly a blockage, blocked condensate backing up or somthing.


Any any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check for blocked condense? Chance condense where with leaves secondary heat ex.

its possible ,sounds like the faults not going to be straightforward

Worth swapping pump if he's got a spare on the van ! and giving it a couple of days , quick swap if easy to get at

Pumps external to boiler, seems to have good flow through system and doesn't seem to lock out on heat. Maybe worth a go but think I'd be clutching at straws! Tempted to pass it on to Baxi, just bugging me I haven't fixed it. I'm hoping for blocked condensate as I'm running out of ideas!

Is there a lead coming off the top of the condense trap. If it has remove it and dry it off and try that. If it works you have a blocked condense.

I would bet it's either a blocked condense or flue turret elbow corroded and leaking down onto spark gen/gas valve.
