Actually, I used to have a party trick like this.

I used clear cling film, same stuff you cover bowls with when you put them in the fridge.

I used to stretch it across the toilet bowl with no wrinkles in it.

Blokes and women half shot would use the toilet and end up getting pee everywhere and all over themselves.

Wee have all done it Oz & much better that OP, what a waste of plastics in this day & age.
Just use a simple plunger to do the same thing.
