When ask by the customer if i would like tea or coffee i always reply "it depends on the biscuits" 9/10 i get " would you like something to eat" no wonder i am getting over weight.😀

lol i can never be that cheeky 🙄 but i always go coffee, altho i do prefere tea., its just that none of my customers seem to be able to make tea like i can.

i love tea but they never seem to stir it properly, give it a stir for about 5 secs...it's fine. but most people just give it a quick...flick almost...then it tastes like dredge.
cant beat the bacon or sausage sandwiches

Last time I was offered a cup of tea was in 1987,march 8th 4.30 pm
The customer had had her family round, the hour before and the daughter had left 3/4 of a cup ,the customer was just about to pour it down the sink,when she looked up and saw me out side in the pouring rain and sleet fixing her dish washer waste and took pity on me and passed it through the cat flap, our eyes met for an instant and a tear formed in the side of my eye, such kindness has stayed with me for years

we recently worked in a house and the customer teased us all day by making herself tea all day and didn't even offer us any ????

Over here in Northern Ireland not only do you get a cuppa but you often get a couple of slices of buttered wheaten bread and cheese.

I am a tea 2 sugars ..My metor used to use the ' we are switching your water off now , so if you want to fill your kettle ' hint . It usually works x

If i need a drink i normally just help myself then when no water comes out the tap I shout "is the water off?!" to myself. I then reply "yeah!" the customer looks slighty bemused, i then open the fridge and help myself to the ham and as i try and fit 5 slices at a time in my gob i mutter "I'm charging extra for this..." Then I ask the customer if it would be possible to fill the kettle up from the toilet as this is the only place water is available.

when we were working on the council refurbs years ago, (when they did them right and did all the work when the house was empty between tenants), we used to go next door and say "i'm the plumber working in the empty house next door, i need you to check your water and electricity is still on" when they came back and said they were, we used to say "great, stick the kettle on there are 4 of us in there and we are gasping" worked every single time, with the punter commenting on how cheeky we were for asking, now the guys would get a disciplinary for being so rude

Been banned from drinking redbull by my boss, and cant drink milk, so double black coffee with 3 sugars it is. Sure redbull must healthier
