As it says on the tin.

I have been doing minor plumbing work for 4-5 years at a DIYer come handyman level and am looking for a good intensive course to get me up and running as a general plumber.
I would much prefer full-time and I live on the South coast.

Good value for money as well would be good.
Good solid advice is also most welcome.

Cheers.

personally i think some one like your self who has already mastered some basic skills would be just as well to read as much as you can to familiarise your self with different system and slowly take on more complex jobs
a short course will just be covering a lot of what you already know a lot depends on your cicumstances

If you are only looking for a piece of paper that says you can do stuff then check out train2game.com
