Hi,

I built a house 2 years ago. Since moving in I 've had numerous issue with 2No thermostatic valves.

The first is a anti-scald valve positioned on the hot water cylinder (replaced 2 times in 2 years) and the second is the thermostatic shower bar valve (replaced the cartridge 5 times in 2 years).

Both keep dropping temperature.

I've had the water tested and its confirmed as soft. I live in a hard water area but have a softener installed.

Please help

With that amount of replacements in the last couple of years, I would be looking at the hot water cylinder and seeing if it is keeping up with demand.
