They are back in the pubs round by us. Albeit they are behind the bar and you have to ask the staff to feed your coins in 🙂
i always hated buying from from them, 16 **** for about 40 quid 🙂

From the age of 12 I was brought up in a Watney Coomb Reid pub in Thames Ditton, mum and dad were the landlords.
The days when pubs used to smell of beer and **** not over cooked and deep fried food.

My first proper job was in the Packhorse on Egham Hill (its changed names a few times since then.) That was a Watney Coomb Reid pub in those days.

An email from unbunti or what ever the parent company of yell is. Not full of lies. Fact it fits through letterbox indicates less adverts. = less sense in paying for a listing !!

Get them round here all the time. Bl00dy thieves took my back gate off its hinges and stole 2 washing machines I had in my back yard for fixing.

I was talking about this with a customer last week...you never see any white dog sh'ts anymore...not like in the 80's or earlier.
My girlfriend reckons they were Poodle sh@t but after researching the subject it seems its to do with dogs diets and calcium.
Apparantly dogs used to eat a lot of bone/bones in their food and when deposited on the pavement for a few weeks the rain would wash out the organic stuff and leave a kind of fossil behind of the bone matter. This coupled with the fact that dog sh@t is now more or less always picked up or a heavy fine that its just not left out in the street as long as it used to be.

We've got a regular 'any old iron' man. I gave him one of those metal tool boxes full of old rusty tools from my shed only the other day.
Another thing you don't see is those 3 ducks on people's livingroom walls next to that Constable painting 'The Haywain' - just above the fishtank surrounded by multi-coloured bricks.
I had a Datsun Cherry, luckily it was brown so you couldn't notice the rust holding it together.
