Tiny black bits inthe bath water?

Hi Guys i am new here and have a question you may be able to help with.
When I run a bath there seems to be tiny black bits in the water. It only happens in the bath and only from the hot tap. Any Ideas what could be causing this?. Many thanks

Maybe a washer degrading. Do you find you have to tighten down more than other taps to stop flow?

Could be a dead jackdaw in the cistern? Frequently getting bits in our bath but that's probably because the lid of the cistern broke!!
