Can anyone recommend a good tool belt. I just want it for holding a few bits while working on ladders/ scaffolding to save the endless journeys.

Had a massive makita one and it was tragic! 25year old leather town & country one

Only use one to hold fixings and your Irish screwdriver (estwing) tool belts stuffed with tools and tool vests scream novice spark or over indulged DIY

I use a tool belt for 1st fixing
clips on left 15 22 28 screws slices and level on right impact driver on my right
hammer hangs in the middle of my lower back
and a snicker vest for mobile pen pencil and sharpy and tape in front right pocket

try to be as efficient with my time as posabile

also have a 12" long bit of 3" soil pipe that holds my map gas bottle bolted to the left
hand side of my steps

My tool belt is a hybrid of two different leather pouches think it's a CPA brand

really like the tough build pouches but not much pocket money at the min

all the best thanks for reading

Ohh also meet another trades man today with a veto told bag nice but lots of money

I wouldn't use it all the time just up ladders. I end up stabbing myself if I put a screwdriver in my pocket, let alone wearing a tool belt everyday. Got another 2 days next week doing soil stacks off ladders on my own. Yay
