top up pressure on my boiler.

Would anyone know which side valve I need to use in order to top up pressure on my boiler. Many Thanks in advance

Both valves. One either side of the flexi braided hose. Need a flat screw driver

Pressure looks only slightly below 1 bar, any reason for topping up?
