Trying to source a dual-flush valve

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? Toilet is leaking into the bowl. This one pushes in with a half turn but I can't find one anywhere.

It appears to be one of these.
Searching the part number, A2145, may find one cheaper.
There appears to be a short and a medium one with the same A2415 number
