Turn off water in high rise flat?

Hi,

I have just moved into a high rise flat and need to change a washer in the bathroom.
There is no service valve on any of the sink supply pipes. I have an unvented (I think) Santon Premier Plus boiler system. Any help on how to isolate the water supply would be greatly appreciated.

You should have a cold water main stop valve somewhere. Turn that off, open taps and the water should stop running, hot and/or cold.

There will be a valve somewhere. If you can't find it ask a neighbour where their is. They will all be in much the same place.

Could it be tucked behind the boiler? Cannot see anything near the water/electric meter...

if new build very likely you have a utility room on the communal area in your floor ,it will be there and will have your flat number written on it
