U6 and two dwellings LLGS

Have a horrible question and need help with.
Just had a landlord asking me for a certificate in horsey
When I arrive it's a flat upstairs and another downstairs.
I said no! as I need access to the downstairs as well to calculate the gas consumption throughout
He said the people downstairs already gave a certificate.
I asked. How is this possible.
He said the engineer ( last year) never asked.
I said it's possible he thinks there must be another meter for the flat upstairs flat..
Now.
The upstairs boiler is 30kW combi ideal
And also sited is a hotpoint cooker.
And the downstairs flat has exactly the same set up as upstairs.

Will the installation on a U6 consumption plus installation enough throughout both places on full rate. ?

He says the people downstairs have the exact same set up as upstairs and a certificate which is due in November.

There' no way Shaun I can do anything about this one.
It's new installation October 2017
It just don' accumulate.
Won't get paid as not a ticket issued

I would say your over the badged capacity of the meter around 6.9m3/h so I would say you need to check your op

But on a llsc most people just do a gas rate and fga etc 😀 as there doing them for £35

Hate doing llgc. They seems to come from nowhere and if asking questions always seems to have any answers. Just like this afternoon.
Charged £60 to No avail as he getting the same engineer ther who did the downstairs llgc november after repeating.
Those applianes are gonna be radiant by summer.
The peeps upstairs and downstairs are going half per quarter heating bill apparently. How sad is that.

yep but landlords dont care also what get me they think a llsc is a boiler service so they dont have them done

Had a bloke the other day ask me what he is paying for when I recommended a service? He had been a landlord for 6 years and not had the boiler serviced once.🙄🙄 Doubt I will see him again.😛😛😀

Just in now from a Main combi 24he. (Boiler leaking)
Originally was a weep coming through diverter pin.
When I get there.. no hot water.
Tenement then tells me water was working.
Operate hot tap
NO WATER.
Then tells me someone had already been round.
OH! I replied
Was left Isolated from under boiler.
Dropped the front panel and hexagonal nut in centre diverter where pin pushes through has been overtightened and popped ( by previous visitor).
Just another sheet day.
Left it as with central heating only and No hot water till part arrives
