Hi, My tenants were experiencing uneven pressure and temperature from the shower. Plumber advised that we replace the shower which we did. Now we have good temperature but the pressure is still uneven. The shower starts full mains pressure then after about 2 minutes it drops right away and there is a noise from the pipes for a bit- like a whine/ vibration. Later the pressure comes back strong and then this cycle repeats. The temperature seems to remain constant throughout. We have checked the pressure from the boiler and the mains supply and both are good. The rest of the bathroom and house are all good, constant pressure. No evidence of any leaks from the pipes. We've also tried reducing the mains pressure to the shower a bit incase it was too strong for the unit but no difference. Any ideas would be appreciated.
