Unidentified Shower Valve

Hi


Can anyone tell me what shower valve this is. I have a problem with it as
it will not turn off on the first attempt. After several attempts at closing the valve it eventually shuts off if left for 2 or 3 minutes.

I want to repair it or replace it if I can find a replacement that uses the
same spacing for the feed pipes if possible.

I took one of these out some time bck but cannot remember who made it. I think I sent a picture to Gummers and they identified it. If any more memories come back I will post another message.
