Hi all. Just been to look at a job and customer wants the boiler relocating to the cellar. He wants an unvented cylinder (I'm G3) also in the cellar, the only problem would be D2. Obviously can't discharge uphill so what are the alternatives?

Property has 1 bath, 2 mixer showers, 3 basins and kitchen sink.

Dont like the idea of putting a tank and pump in the cellar if that's even possible as if the pump were to fail and no-one notices, they'll have a nice underground pool.

He's mentioned a WB Highflow combi but would that give sufficient flow with all outlets open?

They are not cheap bud even if you fit a high flow you will still need to get the condense and PRV to discharge to a safe place ? So it either one of these ouch ! Kop
