Unvented PRV dripping intermittently - advice please?

Seems so mate. Changed the whole PRV and pressurised to 3 bar. Stopped dripping but have asked customer to report back in a week, as on previous visit it had also stopped dripping for a few days then started again.

It's a RM Stelflow cylinder with external PV.
