Up grading of heating system

Hi everyone was looking some advice have customer wanting to upgrade there heating system there existing system is old oil boiler with no zoing living and bedrooms and hot water only options was looking to know what is best possible way regarding wireless controls eg room stats and cyl stats etc etc I have looked at possible repiping system but would involve alot of inconvience to customer eg tracking floors I have heard about honeywell wireless but my knowledge is limited so any help very much appreciated

as gray said pipework would have to suit,
another option you could explore would be programmable radiator valves, haven't used them personally so can't comment on their worth, just a thought
