upstairs rads come on when i adv h/w on programmer

Have recently changed an old single rad(30yrs old) to a new double rad, had to do small alteration to pipework so that it would meet up with new valves. Re-filled the system bled all the rads, fired it up fine all ok later on advanced the hw control on the programmer and the rads upstairs came on??? Help! 😕

what type of system is it ?
need more info.

is it the bathroom rad? often on the hw circs, if all pstairs rads coming on, may be a two port valve not closing or summat like that, as aj says need more info
