Vaillant Ecotec 624

I am hoping someone might be able to help.
My vaillant ecotec 624 condensing boiler has recently started coming up with an F 22 message after topping the system up and releasing all of the air it makes a tingling sound as the water moves round the pipes. I have removed the head from the pump to find big black charcoal like lumps causing the pump to fail. I have flushed the system out with mains pressure water but still the problem persists I have cleaned the pump four times in the last three days. The house is only five years old. Do you recommend a power flush? And if so is it something I can do myself ?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a specific fault that causes this. Sorry but as your not gas safe registered we can't give you any advice.
this is not a repair you can do yourself.
get a local gas safe engineer or contact vaillant direct.
might also need a power flush, but get the boiler repaired first.
