I have a brand new boiler installed and there is a problem I need your help with before I call the plumber back.
When there is very low heat demand from the radiators, the boiler fires and for the first 10 seconds makes a very heavy, loud, rumbling vibration. It comes from within the boiler case. It does not do it every time, just at random, but about 2-3 times a day.
There is clearly something wrong and I am concerned this will cause damage to the boiler if left unresolved.
I would be grateful for your advice on the possible cause before I call the plumber back to remedy it.
