Vizo heatline 24 - CH good HW playing up

Hi people.

Got a breakdown on a Vizo. When the CH is running the HW tap goes between luke warm and hot. When CH is off HW goes cold.

Replaced the motor on the diverter valve a year ago so I don't think it's that. Motor runs when CH is on, plus when I push down on the pin on the diverter valve HW gets hot. So I'm struggling to work out what's wrong.
