went to a vokera linea, cust reported intermitant lockout, all worked ok on arrival. I did notice that the burner would not light all the way across immediately on some ocassions, lighting half way across then taking around 4 secs for the other half to ignite. Poss causing boiler to go out on flame sensing although didn't when I was there. Anyone come across this?

I checked min bp, found it was higher than it should be, turned down to correct bp, burner would then not ignite at all. Turned back to how it was. Did a gas rate, found ok, cleaned burner and injectors. Still happening.

I orderd a new burner (unlikely fault i know), reson being I have had this fault on 2 diff makes of boiler and a new burner cured it.

My mate went to fit it but didn't as he thought it wouldn't be that, he cleaned the venturi and said it was lighting all the way across when he went there, said if it happens again to order a new gas valve.
