Vokera unica 28 HE

Hi

I have a vokera unica 28 he. when i run the hot tap, i can hear it fire up, hot water comes out then it starts making a loud sucking/banging noise inside the boiler. any idea what this is and what can be done about it?

Could be a few things, is the heating ok?
You really need a Gas safe engineer out to have a look at it dude.

not had the heating on as didn't want to cause any problems. just the hot water and the banging noise happens. going to call an engineer but just wanted a bit of prior knowledge of what it could be. someone has told me it could be something minor. the fan is running and i can hear it firing up. could something be blocked (hence the sucking noise)?
