Company I work for have one, but I bet alot of sole traders don't. I read a news article a few months back where a tradie got fined for transporting his lunch waste, he was told that because his rubbish was in a commercial rubble sack it fell under commercial waste which he didn't have a waste carriers licence for 😱.

But then I've also read that if you create the waste, then your allowed to transport it and that the waste carriers was for those who make a living off picking up others waste 😕

I've always got a bag in the back from all jobs that I put bits in but it's not affecting anyone just goes in the wheelie bin when it's full . Why take money to do this . Any waste will stay at the customers or I'll have to charge them to take it

This has been about for some time. I agree it’s ridiculous.
Bye the way, I did a boiler change last summer and hired a skip for rubble etc etc. It was left in the customers drive (private property) When I got there the next morning, the bl**d* thing was full😵
You can’t win🙁
