water bylaws training

i wonder if someone can help me ,im doing a scottish water bylaws test through snipef next week. its the test all open book? or is it part open or part closed.
how difficult is the test??
i hope someone can help on this matter

Like every other "test" these days, a piece of pees.
Morning being bored to sleep by some guy reading through the book and explaining some points. Break for some tea. A bit more education and a test.
Nothing to worry about and i'm sure you will learn something.
