Water tank in loft

My loft gets really cold and with history of the header tanks freezing a couple of years ago just wondering if it’s advisable to put another jacket around the tanks and lids. Also where the water pipes feed into the tanks the elbows/fittings don’t have any type of lagging on them so wondering what the best practice would be to protect them from the cold.

Yes, use another jacket and lid cover. Use pipe lagging with as thick a wall as practical.
