doing in warrenty work for bfm europe,flavel,kinder etc gets a call for cardigan 2 hours from me:cry_smile: bfm service center ask the custard the basics are the batteries ok etc gets there finds a right knob of a custard insisting if i cant fix it today he wants a new fire s its brand new(he nearly got told to go fk himself,anyway fault turns out to be coal bed not fitted properly i then discover its spilling,closure plates not fitted correctly,no PRS10 and the air relifes been obscured by skirting not to mention skirtings touching the rear of the fire should have seen his face when i ID it and made safe that will teach the cock to have a attitude i am also about to riddor it
