The water is going to discharge from the prv's at atleast a pressure of 3bar. 6" of going up hill won't affect anyone.
Personally I wouldn't worry or rock the boat. Noone seems to police the unvented regs. It's got the prvs and will fail to safe.
Makes a mockery of the regs and ticket but it's something that usually gets ignored by everybody except for us professionals who do everything the correct way

Just an update, it was signed off by a competant person??? I've seen all the paperwork?? Nobody was interested and the customer wouldn't pay for the alteration and was happy with the paperwork she had to say it was installed by a competant person? What else can you do?
