Just wondering what you guys would charge roughly to do this -

1 x radiator needs replacing
2 x basin taps replacing, 1 x bath and 1 x kitchen sink
A new ball valve fitted to the toilet
An outside tap fitted to the rear of the house, the kitchen sink is on the outside wall so can just be drilled straight through into the sink unit.

There is no isolation valves fitted anywhere but the hot/cold and heating are all pressurised.

im in the south 🙂

Any help would be appreciated, cheers

Sounds like it could be done in a day if things go alright, so a good day rate and then materials with whatever your usual mark up is.

Reading this type of thread makes me realise my bathroom/bedroom swap job was at the very least a fair price. More likely very cheap.

£300 for a days labour??? im moving darn south 🙂
Well look at it from another angle.if I charged it as in individual jobs then it would go as follows

replace Rad : 2 hours labour £95 plus parts
Replace 2 x basin taps : 2 hours labour £95 plus parts
bath install : 2 hours labour £95 plus parts
kitchen sink install : 2 hours labour £95 plus parts
new wc ball valve : 1 hours labour £55 plus parts
outside tap install : 1 hours labour £55 plus parts

works out £490 labour plus parts so £300 for a good days graft is more than fair IMO
