What Would You Recommend?

Been to look at a job today have to price up two options.
First is house to remain as 1 property 4 bedroom house complete with 2 bathrooms with potential for an extra en-suite. There is also a flat to the rear but with this option there's no heating upgrade.
Second option is for conversion into flats as follows:-
a. 1 bedroom flat with shower room, 2 rads and a towel rail.
b. 2 bedroom flat with shower room, 4 rads and a towel rail.
c. 2 bedroom flat with bathroom, 5 rads and a towel rail.
d. 2 bedroom flat with bathroom, 5 rads and a towel rail.

Just wanting opinions on the best gas combi's for the options above, appreciate that the house remaining as 1 will be heat only and unvented.

Depends if they want a good job with decent quality gear or if they are doing it purely for profit then they will want the cheapest things you can buy.

Flats will be cheap, cheerful and functional, if it stays as one then it will be a higher spec. I would like to give them value for money not based on cheapest or most expensive something with a good track record for reliability.
