Remove existing chb, make good flue hole bricked outside block and plaster inside. New flue hole Worcester greenstar 12ri horizontal flue and plume kit. Condense through worktop 2x units into sink waste. Fit Magna clean. Change pump and valves 3 port, 900x450 indirect with 27" immersion, room stat, twin channel programmer and chemical flush 7 rad system. Wiring isn't too bad jus new permanents to boiler from nearby spur.

I'm quite busy at the minute so priced it on the higher side by my prices and went in at £2600 I get my spark mate in to wire which ensures it's all done and dusted within the 3 days. Was accepted straight away which made me think am I selling my self short some of the time when I price more keenly!

problem is i bet my bottom penny if you would of gone £3050 they would of said no 😀 as long as your happy and cover costs its work
